On April 10th at 5:20 PM, I was verbally attacked and yelled at by a male employee just for trying to throw something away in their trash can to keep their own storefront clean. It was a bizarre and demeaning experience. If this is how they treat people trying to help the community, I'll take my business elsewhere, and so should you.

One minute his phone is working and the next minute it isn't! He claims that he's overloaded with customers and you always have to call him back because he doesn't get back to you. And he's always out of town. No travel agent is that busy. Due to waiting on him to get back to me about a recent trip of mine, which he never did, I wasted precious time and had to call a new travel agency and I booked with them. I probably risked paying a bit of a higher price but nonetheless, I'm happy now.
