Well, today is the day I took that first step to walk into this Kahoots. Surprise surprise!... it sells premium quality pet foods and fun pet stuff. WOW was the first thought that came to my mind when I first walked in. It's a gigantic candy store for pets IMHO! LOL I personally don't have pets at this time, but my parents had two German Shepherd Labradors who were family members many years ago. They both have passed away when they were 13 years old. I miss my Penny and Phoebe (I love you!)... they were my girls. Thanks for reading my story. I perused the entire store at first. Then I thought of my dear friend who has a dog and two cats. I said let's get something for Petunia, Fig, and Friday to celebrate their birthdays. Three toys, cake, and ice cream treats were chosen. Hope they will like their playful stuffies and sweet treats. Staff was very welcoming and pleasant. Service was good. Ambiance is just playful. Prices are a tad high, but hey, our pets deserve good things, too. They are our family. But the online site kept sending me over to the new Apple Valley store as the pick up location. So now I'm wondering did the Hesperia store close? The employee try to dismiss me and told me to come back the next day. I explained to him that I drove from LA to pickup this product. Thats when he said that he will get the product for us but he will have to slide it under the fence and I will have to pull it out on my end which was ridiculous because I was extremely heavy for me. I had 2 kids in my car as well. I had to get out of the car, pull the heavy horse mat from under the fence and lift it onto my truck. The employee walked away while I struggled to out the mat in my car. I have never experienced this kind of service before. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing! I decided I would just close my eyes and forget the hay was trashing my car. When I got here they seen I was in a car and I told them my truck is in the shop for the next 2 weeks. They were so kind to bag a few bags of hay for me and a few bags or grain. I was so excited to save my car from the mess and so happy they offered to go above and beyond. Item updated as shipped- per tracking today, it is out for delivery in Fairbanks, Alaska and I live in California. When I called, was told "per the shipping department, it was properly addressed and USPS must have miss-sorted the package." They told me this doesn't happen often but their EBay and FB reviews say otherwise. She then went on to tell me the item is currently out of stock but she will be getting more mid to next week. I asked for a refund and she did do that. The item is still showing as the seller having more than 10 available on EBay. Won't do business again - buyer beware. Wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered.
