Ren's in St. Thomas is our go to for all of our dogs needs. We started at Rens in London and were…read morevery pleased when they announced a story opening in the city of St. Thomas. After a diagnosis of pancreatitis of my senior bichon/yorkie, I did the research of what type of food and treats she was allowed and where to find them. Ren's has the most extensive variety of all natural treats, catering to all specific diets. In my case, I needed low fat and Ren's had the best to offer. Ren's in St. Thomas is a pleasure to visit. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and if they are not able to answer any questions, they will go out of their way to do the research and help us out. And most impressive.. they remember our name and ALL of our dogs names when we come in for our weekly shop.

Hello Everyone, We…read morehave been taking Lacey who is shown in the photos on the front page with the pink flowers, and Dexter to Tokoyo Grooming for years. The owner is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. She is always smiling and is very good with my dogs. They are never upset or traumatized when I pick them up, just cute as buttons sitting in her big front window watching for me to pick them up. I always look forward to seeing their little faces in the window, it never gets old. She does a great job and I find her prices more reasonable too! Lacey literally jumps around like a puppy ( she's 13yrs old), once she's been groomed short again. You won't be disappointed if you go with her! ‍

I've been taking all my dogs there since they opened and my guys are all on a tonne of meds and can't have certain things and I trust them 100%. It's also worth mentioning that I had a pet rabbit for 8 years and I am always impressed by stores that carry good quality timothy hay and food for bunnies. Global Pet Foods gets top marks for that as well!

I've been to a few Pet stores in the area and this is by far the most convenient. The staff are…read morevery friendly and the store is laid out perfectly. They have everything you need for your pet here. The food I use is Diamond Naturals and they also have it for me as opposed to other stores saying they will order it in. They also have a designated area where they call bathe and shampoo your pet for a lost cost and very safely secured. I give them a high rating because they are very accommodating. When I bought something that didn't fit and lost the receipt they had no problem exchanging it to a larger size for me. The only downfall is that the road it is located on can be really busy especially being so close to the Wellington intersection. It could be hard to get in and out. I personally drive through the parking lots and get to Wellington that way.
