She is constantly on her phone texting, has suspicious people coming in and out of her back room, burned my head repeatedly while straightening it, cancels appointments at the last minute, or pushes your appointment up 2 or 3 hours just a few minutes before your appointment is scheduled to start. She charges way too much for her services and SHE IS NOT THAT GOOD! I do not recommend her at all.

Online I found that a manicure is 14$ and designs 3$. when I went in this morning to ask about this the man told me that online was wrong and it was 35$ for gel 5$ for design. The manicure is messy, and the heart on my left hand is smudged. Not worth 40$. The employee doing my nails also cut my right pinky finger, and it was bleeding. Over all I was not impressed and will not be returning. I do not recommend.

I've never enjoyed my hair more since becoming a client at The Good Earth Salon. Kate and the ladies are "down to earth" and great at being experts in their field. Deft popped up and I decided to email Joshua. After a few emails, I came in Tuesday to book for a Thursday slot; the only slot they had open. I came in first thing Tuesday to book my appointment, and ran into Nicky at the desk. She was very helpful, and told me that she had a client due in at 11am that wasn't showing. 5 more minutes she said, and I could have that slot. Well I guess I didn't need to book for that Thursday. She basically took me on the spot. We drew up some designs, and I have to say she not only gave me a tattoo better than I could have ever come up with, but did a really good job. I have a few tattoos, done by several Detroit artists, and have to say; her work ranks right up there. As for that Thursday appoint; I plan on coming back if they can book me. Also as a side note; give this girl a raise, or hire a receptionist. :; [UPDATE:] I did book that Thursday slot, and had another artist do the Star Trek ensign on my arm. Very good job. Will definitely come back here next time I'm in town.
