She always takes the time to do quality work and to ask if you are liking the way your nails are coming out! She is a genuinely kind person who can take honest feedback so if you have concerns? Voice them! This is my regular nail salon and everyone who works here is extremely considerate and only wants you to be happy! They have a good selection of colors, and don't pressure you into getting more services than you came for. Jolie did a great job on my dip set (sparkle orange color) and Denny was an AMAZING pedicurist. I am so glad we came here and will definitely be returning. I was going to go with a boring style but my super amazing and sweet nail tech Amy talked me into something I usually wouldn't go for and I LOVE IT! I decided to try this nail salon based on a recommendation from my friend. I've been to several nail salons in Frisco but still hadn't found my "go to" place. The location is pretty convenient. The salon is small but cozy. My nail tech was John and he was super accommodating. He made sure the foot spa was the perfect temp, offered me a glass of wine (which was served in an actual wine glass instead of a plastic cup...nice touch), and he even managed to get me the red nail polish that caught my eye but was being used by another customer. In case you're wondering, the color is OPI "You only live twice." It's a very festive red...check out the pic I included. The price was great, especially with the $5 discount on the pedicure. I appreciate the fact that John wasn't in a hurry to get me out of there and did the manicure and pedicure separately. Oh and I thoroughly enjoyed the foot massage from John! I've tried many many salons in the DFW area, And here are some of the things that I LOVE: spacious and modern space, extremely clean, a great assortment of colors, their pedicure is sanitized both by having the plastics around the pedicure chairs individualized for each customer along with their own pedicure scrub/filer! This is a big deal to me bc I can't stand the thought of someone having some kind of foot fungus using it before me! I had the next gen set done today with the glitter, I showed Amy a picture and it came out exactly like the picture! I absolutely loved it, and usually I'm very picky about nexgen since if not done right, it can look very thick, and I'm all about that natural look! Lee was so meticulous in my pedicure making sure the shape and cuticles were flawless! Their current special pedicure, I got the aloe, left my feet feeling so smooth and soft! It's a great upgraded pedicure, especially for $48! What's even better than $48?? They're currently offering 20% promotion for the next few weeks! Don't even waste your time coming here. I came in at 4:55 for a color change they said 15-20 minutes I said okay. My sister-in-law wanted a full set with dipping powder and they also said 15-20 minutes. It is now 6:12 and I haven't gotten my color changed yet. And this man has only put tips on one hand and left us to go to another customer to finish her nails, didn't tell us anything. So now all we can do is leave because they are very unprofessional and understaffed. read more

Desperately needing a gel polish change I stopped at the first place I ran across...The salon itself is pretty small, but is inviting. The décor was clean and not cluttered. They have maybe 10 pedicure spa chairs or so, maybe 8 manicure stations and a wall of polish options. The gel options were a lot smaller, but it can sometimes be overwhelming to pick one color so I was thankful for the small selection. Jon was my nail tech and he did a great job at removing the existing gel and then giving me a full regular manicure. At other salons, I have had some nail techs take the gel off so rough that my nails are trash, but he took his time and it made the whole experience very relaxing and enjoyable. The price was great, I received a $5 discount and a frequent customer punch card. I had a great experience here and will for sure return for another gel manicure. UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! Johnny and Jay are the best around- SERIOUSLY. I have followed them everywhere and will continue to do so, even to another state! LOL. It is rare that you find a nail ARTIST (true artist) who can shape your nails perfectly and come up with incredible ideas. Every time I want to do a boring nude set, their minds start to work and they come up with amazing art. The two I wanted to show today are my chrome set and ombre grey nails! OMBRE!!! Done with a brush and powder... the work was impeccable and they have lasted ages (my nails beds are small and nails grow fast, so them lasting this long is rare!). I cannot recommend this place enough. Shame that old management made the reviews go so low... they deserve more credit! read more

Based on the other reviews maybe I went on a bad day... but my mom and I plus two other people in the salon during the grueling 2 hours we were there had bad experiences. My dip was so goopy and thick, a similar complaint to the girl who went to my same lady after I was done with my hands. The pedicure artist also glooped the polish on and after two hours they were still not dry- my mom had this same issue. My biggest complaint was the nails. I picked out a cute sparkly white color from the pallet- but after it was done, it looked like a moldy yellow color. It was really awful. Plus, don't even try with designs. I picked out a basic one and after the artists best attempt, I asked her to wash it off because it just did not look right. Another complaint we witnessed was a lady sitting for 30 mins without being helped. She kept asking for someone to start with her, and even though there were open artists, she didn't receive anything until she stormed out. I'll give happy nails the credit that maybe we just came in on a bad day... but our wallets weren't so happy when we ended up at a different nail salon that night to fix the mistakes from this salon. Even the artists who fixed our nails asked what happened to our toe nails, not even knowing we had seen a salon earlier. read more

There is no need to try this place with so many good nail salons in the area. I went to get a pedicure with a friend today and we were told it would be a 10-15 wait. After about 15 minutes, we were brought back to our chairs that were literally falling apart (with scalding hot water and left there for a while. Someone came and started my pedicure, but my friend sat with her feet in the water for 45 minutes before anybody came to start hers. She tried to say she no longer wanted the pedicure because I was almost done, but they insisted. The pedicure was mediocre at best and the hot stones were so hot that we were scalded yet again. This place shares a parking lot with another nail salon and is within a few minutes of many more. Don't waste your time or money here! Updated: After reading the response from the owner, apparently they were short on nail techs and running behind which is totally understandable. In this case, just be honest and give an estimated time frame that you believe to be true instead of telling customers a time and making them wait long past it. read more

If you're looking to do the dipping powder like I do, make sure you have them "thin" it out for you. I didn't even know this was an option until Jay and Johnny told me about it. My friend and I went here for a pedicure and had a good experience. The staff was very friendly. They are limiting people inside the salon and only have 4 technicians working. The chairs are being wiped after every use, masks are mandatory and every client must sit alternative seating even if they are in the same party. There is plexiglass on the pedicure seats too! Whenever I go to my regular go-to salon none of my nails chip off and they last for about 3 weeks. We had an appointment for 2 pedicures. When we arrived, they seemed unprepared and did not offer drinks, and the water in my footbath was cold. My mom was with me and had to wait for her pedicure for at least 30 minutes because...reasons? Everyone in there was busy, but scheduled appointments are usually scheduled for a reason. When we finally both got started the services were lackluster, though the massage I got seemed better and longer than hers - she even had to ask if the tech had done her massage already.
