I got the fatty end slice (the point), hey, fat is where the flavors at. If your using sauce on the meats, you really cant enjoy the art of smoking, the meats shouldn't "need" BBQ sauce, this place had them but they were unnecessary The sweet potato side was just great, don't know how it was done but, worked for me. The cornbread was really nice, if you're used to super market cornbread you won't like it. My gf got the deviled eggs without meat, and a side of potato salad, she loved both.
