We took a taxi to the place and it was fully packed when we arrived around noon with no available seats so we decided to go walk around the shopping district and come back later. We came back about 45 mins later and there was a couple empty tables so we decided to order. I decided to get the lunch special for €10 which included a burger, fries and with a drink or milkshake. My burger came out hot and juicy with lettuce, tomato and cheese with BBQ sauce and mayo all on a brioche bun. There was Hellman's mayo and ketchup along with Cholula hot sauce on the table. My fries were very hot and crisp so I know they just came out the fryer. I decided on a bottle of Coca Cola rather than the milkshake. My lunch was excellent in all. I thoroughly enjoyed my burger. Maybe the only thing missing would be some grilled onions and pickles. This restaurant has no parking area along with most places here. The place is in a modern building and close to a shopping district. At least I can now say I had a Hamburg in Hamburg. Yea I'm corny like that.

I appreciate that Germany values family and most business are closed on Sunday. My friends and colleagues were able to grab a table on the second floor. It was easy to order as a non-German speaker. I ordered the single patty cheese burger. It comes with lettuce, tomato, burger sauce, and cheese. You have the option to add on items like cheese, mushrooms, and more. I added mushrooms. They were delicious! For sides, we all ordered something different to share. I got the cauliflower with yogurt dip. I tried the onion rings, sweet potato fries, and classic fries. We tried ketchup and truffle mayo dip with all the sides too. The truffle mayo was great. I enjoyed the cauliflower with yogurt dip the best. Nice stop to stop walking distance from the water. Cold Dry Tasteless Spineless Way Overpriced (5€ for Fries) First we waited for an hour until the food came. Then it was one horrible taste experience after another. I ordered the Blue-cheese burger with sweet potato - it was nothing more than nasty and tasteless. Too much blue-cheese sauce, the bacon was thin and the opposite of crispy. The "candied walnuts" were two nuts stuck deep into the tasteless bun. The paddy was dry, tasteless and couldn't hold itself together. To top it all off the burger was cold. Cold meat, cold bun. I was eating with 3 others - all three ordered the Cheeseburger. All three did not finish their food due to disgust. 2 of them ordered the "chilly cheese fries" - the cheese tasted like kraft cheese out of the can (US Reference...) which is fake cheese. The "chilies" didn't help the whole situation, as they looked like they were sloughed onto the cheese directly from the glass they were purchased in. No one asked how the food tasted. No one seemed to care if the customers were happy. I believe they had seen faces like ours before: disappointed and sad that the food was so terrible.
