My girlfriend bought a 4 car wash package for her 2024 Tesla Y, and let me use the last cash wash of her package. So I brought my car down for an express car wash Sunday afternoon. I'm not familiar with how the process works since give never been to Monty's but a gentleman came out as I was at the selection system. And helped scan my barcode and move me forward to the next step. The next step has you pull up into their self propel system, which assists your car forward through the whole washing and cleaning process. Once my car of in the car wash, everything seemed fine until the brushing process that run up amd over your car. I noticed a light slapping sound on the outside of my car, and what appeared to be a rubber cable laying down over the passenger side window. And that's when I though the car wash had pulled off my windshield wipers some how. Even though they still laid flush against my windshield in their off position. So then I was thinking it was a cord from the express car wash slapping against my car, and was afraid it could get tangled up around my mirrors. Only to realized from the brushing step stopped that the runner strips were hanging down and off the side of my car, one being damaged and broken loose. While the other completely came off. Once I got to the two staff members waiting at the end to dry off my vehicle, the worker on the right supposedly popped it back in but the lady on the right couldn't get the strip back in all the way. They they asked it I wanted to fill out a damage claim, which I did, so I parked up front and was given a form. After filling it out I was told it woudl go to the manager of that location and I shoudl hear from them in a day or two...today is the 2nd day since the damage. And while driving home, one of the rubber strips coming came flew off and was lost. So the drive side piece is now one is completely, while the passenger side piece completely damaged and won't pop back in at the front. Overall: Extremely aggressive car washing system. Never had had an issue anywhere else until this past car wash. And I wouldn't come back unfortunately.

The unlimited wash option and self vacuuming are a big plus, and for the price, you really do get what you pay for. I take full advantage of the membership. One thing I wish they would improve is the drive in experience. Unlike many other tunnel washes, they do not have a large mirror overhead to help you line up your tires properly. You are guided in by employees, but it is not always done very precisely, which can be a little stressful when you are trying not to hit your rims. The pre wash spray for bugs is helpful, but it is usually only done from the left side. That means the center right and right side of the car often do not get fully sprayed, and sometimes I will come out with stubborn bugs still on the front. I really wish they would walk across the tunnel and spray the entire front more thoroughly. On the plus side, I love when they offer the complimentary seasonal air fresheners. I just wish the little extras were more consistent, like having wipes available for the dash every time, without having to ask. Overall, it is a solid, affordable car wash with great convenience and value. A few operational tweaks could easily make it even better.

I called first (no response), texted, and sent message on Yelp to let them know the trunk hadn't been cleaned with photos. They came back to finish the job. For the price I paid, which was the maximum of their estimate of $200-320, I'm quite disappointed at this oversight. If they hadn't cleaned the trunk, I should've been charged less. I appreciate that this is a mobile service. Overall, the job was completed in a timely fashion and it was done well. I think more transparency with pricing is needed.

After about a 30 minute wait the worker here was under the hood of my truck working on an oil change. They don't go under the vehicles here but instead through the cap of the motor sucking out the oil with a machine. You bring your own oil and filter and they do the work here for $16. It came out a lot cheaper than other places and I don't have to worry about them stripping the oil pan screw. They were doing a great job detailing cars here and I asked how much my truck would be. $50. For the inside and out. I plan to go back and get a detail and oil change when I need one.
