This is their new location that we were not aware of. We just stumbled upon as we were walking around. The menu is very intriguing and all the foods sound like it's from Hanoi, same as the store name. I'm a picky eater and born and raised in Hà Ni but I would rate this restaurant is quite authentic, much better than other shops that we tried around the same area.
For example, they have garlic in vinegar and lime and fresh chili for Pho. That's correct peopleeeee!!!!! The broth was good and from bone broth. We also had Bun Nem, Bun Bo Nam Bo, and Pho Tron. All were great, I would say 98% there when comparing with foods in Vietnam, which is quite rare for a smaller city in Germany lol. My friends also had Bo Luc Lac and Pho and both were good as well.
For drink, makes sure you try Tra Chanh, it's made from fresh lime, mint, and raw sugar, very refreshing for a hot day in Hamburg here.
Service were amazing. We were seated immediately and the owner spoke in English, German, and Vietnamese for our party lol. What a multi language man! He also recommends some of the best dishes in his restaurant.
All in all, highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. I wish you have a store in Seattle lol read more
