This wasn't stipulated in the voicemails or subsequent phone calls I had with him in our discussions. I have an issue with companies that state that they serve an area (i.e. Stafford), but charge labor hours for drive time. Just comes off as shady, and based on principle, we'll find another electrician for any other issues that arise in our household.

The garage was drywalled so it took some time to get the wiring routed through the jousts - which is what I wanted so that it would look professional and remain safe.
