We were the first time buyer and knew almost nothing about the housing market, nor any concrete idea of what kind of house we want. Tara explained a lot to us about different types of houses, pros and cons; what the whole process would look like, step by step. That cleared our hesitation. In the beginning, we don't know what kind of house we like. Tara worked on that by providing us a filtered list of houses of different types that might be interesting to us. She took us to visit each of them. Every week, we got some sense and narrowed down the scope. Then Tara would provide a new list with smaller scope. After several weeks, we finally got some idea of the house we like. During the process, Tara is always very patient, and was trying to understand our real requirements and provide us the most help. After we finalized our requirement, Tara changed the strategy to focus houses that match the requirements. We finally spotted the dreaming one. Tara made the offer with guarantee of our own benefit. Things went very smoothly. Tara works hard, professionally and effectively. From the point we decided to buy a house, it actually took us only three months to get the keys to the house we love. It is not possible without Tara's help.

For my husband and I, it was most important to find someone who was patient with us since we are new to the area and for me, I am a first time homeowner so I had absolutely no idea about buying a house. Marina is so extremely patient, she answered all our questions without any complaints and walked us through the whole process. What I really loved was while we went to the open houses she told us about the quality of the products used by the sellers to upgrade parts of the house, she also suggested improvements/renovations that we can do and actually telling us how much it would roughly cost so we could factor that into our decision. She has a vast amount of experience flipping homes in the area so that was extremely helpful. She also helped sell my husbands home in concord around the holidays, she drove up instantly told us what we needed done and helped us put the house on the market in just 2 weeks!! The speed she works at is just beyond amazing!! She has provided us with wonderful contractors to help us with minor renovations and even 8 months after buying our house, I still feel comfortable emailing her asking for recommendations for contractors and she is more than happy to help!
