Picked up our washing machine straight away for repair. Provided us the option of expensive repairs or another 2nd hand machine as an attractive alternative. Choose the latter which was promptly delivered and installed. Great service, one of those companies that say "we'll look after you" and they actually do. Highly recommended. read more

Company that repaired our dishwasher that leaked. After 4 months of my dishwasher leaking and a lot of back and forth with Bellini wanting me to give proof of the leaks, and after providing video proof and pictures on top of that this service appliance company having it for 3 and a half weeks testing it. Got it back and I immediately ran a load and my dishwasher still leaks. After a horrendous amount of chasing them to answer my call and give an answer on why my machine is still leaking. No answer yet and still waiting for them to get a hold of me. Very disappointed in the way I have been treated with this and am not happy with the way Bellini has treated this whole situation and not addressing this situation professionally and also how the service technicians have been really unreliable with repairs and general communication. Would never buy Bellini branded products and will always steer others away from their products too. Very unreliable products and would advise anyone that deals with these people to be aware of them and aware of their appliances. read more
