The best fish was definitely salmon (to be expected) -- several kinds in nigiri, sashimi, maki, or temaki. Lightly grilled was particularly good. The tuna wasn't quite as fatty or excellent as I've had in Japan or the best places in the US, but there are plenty of other great fish options.
