They are at 1 Canal Street Place in the old downtown YMCA Bldg. Free parking on street near entrance. I needed an orthotic in my shoe. I recieved prompt courteous service and my foot feels much better. What I would stress are two things: unlike their main competitor a mile away, they will submit an insurance claim for you. More importantly is that they charge about half what the other competitor charges for the same orthotic. That's important if you are paying out of pocket or haven't met your deductible. I was in the latter category and Hanger called my insurance company and got the negotiated price so I saved even more. Their competitor will not do that. In addition, if you want a second orthotic it is half off that price since they already have the mold. The orthotist explained in detail how the device helps my foot pain and arranged follow up to fine tune it. Highly recommended. read more
