Dr. Maria McFarland was the worst experience that my sister and I have EVER encountered. Her advice…read morefor pain was to pull up your big girl panties and suck it up. She never touched or examined my sisters foot or ankle, AND her language was disgusting. Who meets a patient for the first time and includes the words damn, and fuck in their introduction? I am confused on how she even keeps a job let alone a career on taking care of humans. She would be better off spraying shit off of the concrete at the zoo, she has the worst bedside manners I have ever witnessed. Negative stars for her and 2 thumbs down.

And she ended my therapy with much more dynamic movements. This was very different than my other 2 therapists who just wanted to focus on building strength. The dry needling was also a GREAT additional and really stopped my muscle spasm and nerve pain. I would highly recommend Michele and the Olivette location. And bonus is that this is the closest PT to my house. Should have started off here. But if I need any PT again, I'll ask for Michelle. You should, too .

She worked with me twice a week, guiding me through targeted exercises and even introducing me to dry needling (which I'll admit I was skeptical about at first). Her expertise, patience, and encouragement completely turned things around for me. Over time, my pain gradually disappeared, and I was able to stop taking the medications I had relied on just to get through the day. My doctor is thrilled with my progress and is no longer considering surgical resolutions. I am beyond grateful for Michelle's skill and dedication. She truly gave me my quality of life back. If you're struggling with pain and looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate physical therapist, I can't recommend her enough.

I found my way to Feet for Life after several pedicures at the Clean Spa. I didn't realize Clean Spa is actually owned by Feet for Life. I started experiencing recurring foot pain and decided I would make an appointment. I was able to easily request an appointment using the website. I received a call from the office the next day to finalize the date and time. Arriving at the office in Chesterfield, I noticed it was nice, clean and very relaxing. I found the exam to be more thorough than ones I've had in the past. The staff was very attentive and caring. They took there time in talking to me and I didn't feel like 'just another patient in a busy office'. Dr. Horwitz took the time to fully explain my options. One thing I liked about him is that he acknowledged some options were expensive, but it was my final decision to choose what I thought was the best plan for me. I really appreciated the fact that he did not try to steer me into something. We discussed long term goal and he allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to. He is very personable and nice. So is the staff. Feet for Life gets 5 stars because they are quality focuses and patient friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Horwitz, especially if you suffer from foot pain and ongoing issues not resolved by your current/previous podiatrist.
