Bus 133 for 30 minutes from Plaza Espana takes you there, though you have to cross the highway (with the pedestrian overpass). Cheap, fun, basic.

The is also not very expensive and there are not too people to overcrowd. Has nice grass and shade to chill. Spent a week of my summer here with friends. Only bad thing no close access to metro.Only accessible by bus 133 or 83 from moncloa o by car. Has very good tennis lawns too.
