I don't know what/if they offer in the way of helping you pick paint since we already had the paint (we'd been painting other walls already and had purchased plenty of paint), but they did let us know how many gallons they'd likely need to be sure that we had enough on hand. They communicated well and let us know when another (outdoor) job had run a few days behind and we were able to schedule a good date for us both. I work at home and they respected the need to keep noise down - they were so quiet! The preparation to protect the area where they worked was thorough and the paint job was excellent.
