They do not stand behind there work. We payed over $400 to have our TV's on the walls. Our living room $1500 TV and Wall Mount came crashing down. There response was our work is only guaranteed for 3 months (so basically get lost). Any reasonable person would know if a wall mount comes out of a wall (after any amount of time) is was not secured properly. We have 1 and 3 yr old grand children that sometimes walk of play in front of where the 65" TV was mounted. This could have been a tragedy.
