Again, NOTHING. Called again, couldn't even find a record of my calls or their visit to my house to do the measurements. What an incompetent, inconsiderate, uncaring bunch of losers. I don't care if they consider my job too small for them, just tell me.

Not only did they tackle it as if it wasn't a problem, the new installation is perfect. Not the first time we've used them, they have always been great. Maybe the 1-Star Bruce M from San Francisco confused my wonderful local glass shop with the San Francisco City Glass. Hey Bruce, next time you're in Cadillac you're invited to see my shower door! I found Big Rapid Roofing via consulting the Timberline GAF website to see what roofers near me…read morewere GAF certified and trained. Gus from Big Rapids Roofing came out and gave a much better price than other bids I got, plus his company uses the brand shingle and holds the certification I wanted. I was delayed until into December from starting by my chimney build, but as soon as my chimney was finished Big Rapids Roofing was able to start. They had to blow snow off the roof in order to work. Their crew did an excellent job, worked from daybreak on into dark. Their clean up was pristine. Because of the winter weather, their equipment left some tracks in the yard, and they made every effort to remedy this by sending a guy with several bags of dirt and grass seed to repair the yard. I didn't press for this, they did it because they were responsible.

I can't honestly rate the company's work, other than obviously they didn't want the job. I did message a person from the company twice and she was going to get with the project manager, who never got back with us. We have since gotten the work done and no longer need their services. Would I recommend this company? I doubt very much, doesn't seem they want to work.
