Gleb and his team were fantastic. I asked them to hang an 83" tv, secure a very large and very large and very mirror to the wall, and hang a drying rack. They were meticulous, precise, considerate and very neat. As simple as it sounds, every time they were drilling holes into the wall, his team would simultaneously hold a vacuum to the wall to avoid debris. The OCD in me was extremely happy with this. Furthermore the fasteners I bought for the mirror didn't quite work and they were able to improvise a much better and cleaner way to secure the mirror. With my drying rack, they were not happy with the weak screws that came with the kit so they provided much more durable/stronger screws that would be able to hold up wet clothes. I had a dresser that all of the drawers had to have the glides replaced because of the poor material used to make the dresser. Particle board just doesn't hold up and the screws had fallen out due to repeated use.
