Best money and time that I have invested that I have invested for myself in such a long time. I had the privilege of having my first session with Alexandra today (90 min); and it was the most relaxing, therapeutic, healing, and energizing massage that I have ever had. I felt (and still feel) so relaxed physically, mentally and spiritually after that healing massage. I only have one complaint; it was so hard to get back to work after that session:)

My shoulder and neck have been really messed up since working from home through out the past three months and when I heard ZenChezVous was reopening I dropped everything and sent an email to Julia to set up an appointment right away! I've been twice in the past week since the reopening and was worked on by both Julia and Teyk, these ladies are truly amazing! I've gone to high-end spas for massages and pampering and I don't think I will ever go back. These ladies have amazing skills and techniques, make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. They really don't hold back when it comes to helping you whether you are there for a specific issue or just for a nice relaxing massage. Going back post COVID-19 of course it's a bit different than usual, but nothing too crazy at all! You go in and are welcomed with the 2 meter distance, sanitize your hands and put on mask right away. In the massage room there is designated space for your clothes and jewelry and your asked to wear the mask while you are being massaged, yes this sounds strange but honestly didn't change a thing for me and I didn't really notice it at all while I was on the table. Everything was very clean and disinfected so I really had ZERO worry going in for a massage. The ladies of course have to wear masks as well and they wash their hands right before your massage and right after. Besides the time they are working on you they keep the 2 meter distance at all other times. Everything was taken care of and cleaned, all safety measures were in place and your still made to feel so comfortable and relaxed. I already have another appointment for next weekend and I seriously can't wait!

So I gave them my credit card because I was out of the country and didn't have my debit card. They also required a phone call instead of an online reservation but I was out if the country and then they refused to pick up the phone when I did call!! This is the frustrating conversation "Hi, I attached a photo to show that I've actually been trying to call you for several days in a row multiple times before I took off on my flight because I knew I wouldn't have access to my cell phone anymore. We have spoken before on Jan 3 and Jan 20 when I asked to book for March for 5 people. I told the person on the phone i had an gift card for the spa for Christmas and wanted to book a session. I wanted to bring some friends. The person on the phone didn't mention that there needs to be a etransfer made in order to book. She just said to contact her back when I know my dates and she seemed happy that I am bringing her 5 new loyal customers who will be trying out this very nice spa for the first time."
