I'm drinking more water, eating better, sleeping better, and I have way more energy. I wasn't even expecting the weight loss, but I lost 12 pounds and have kept it off by sticking with what he taught me. I'm vegan and didn't realize how poorly I was actually eating. Bruno taught me so much about proper nutrition, about my own body, and about approaching all of this holistically. It just made sense, and I'm still carrying those practices into my everyday life. As an actor, my body is part of my work, so feeling healthy and strong matters to me as much as how I look on camera. Bruno's program gave me both. So grateful to him. I highly recommend his program!
