I brought my hubby here with a bad flare up of his…read moreback injury that occurred 15 years ago, but has remitting/relapsing pain features due to herniated discs. We had very recently moved from Billings where my hubby used to get spinal decompression in lieu of surgery ( last option). I called dr chapmen's office as his website mentioned this treatment. He was able to see us same day, which when you are in pain you know what a god send that is!! Really, I have no major issues with the care... my hubby did get about 2/10 pain relief by seeing him, but be prepared for a RIDICULOUSLY high bill!! Charged us damn near $800 to get an adjustment!! When I inquired about care credit financing he tried bullshitting us into saying he gets charged a 10% fee to bill via care credit. I've seen chiropractors all over the country, as well as Mexico and Canada and have NEVER paid $800 for an adjustment. And we were new patients!! I guess when you are in pain, by God you're gonna pay in this town!! So good and bad? Nice people, office kinda cluttered and billing process is BoNKERS!!! We're broke now
