We bought a home in Carbondale CO and the flooring throughout the house needed to be replaced. I called Handcrafted Flooring and spoke to Matt (General Manager/Owner). My wife and I visited his awesome showroom and met with him. He spent well over an hour with us. Provided us with lots of options and there was no sales pressure whatsoever. He then came over to our home and inspected what would need to be done. My wife and I chose the type of flooring and he provided a quote very quickly. The quote was very competitive with other quotes we received. What sold us to use Handcrafted Flooring was Matt's professionalism and his feedback that there should not be any surprises during installation. He team came when they said they would and finished when they said they would. They were a "turnkey outfit". Moved all the furniture, removed old flooring and disposed of it, installed the new flooring and moved back furniture at the cost they quoted. No change orders! Awesome company. Highly recommend Handcrafted Flooring. read more
