I had a problem with Hancock bank since December 2017. I was transferring the ownership of Hancock shares into my name as the TOD of record for Dads account after he died. I flew back n forth from Seattle to meet with Hancock face to face at the main branch in Gulfport.
Now March 2018 and frustrated. I tried a different branch and Monica took care of everything.
Finally, my family should have access to our aprox $150k stuck in Hancock.
