They expect their clients to do all of the work. Which I can understand but some of us need help in filling out these intensive documents for the case. My numerous calls with their staff weren't always productive as a few seemed as if they didn't want to be there. The provider is confusing and difficult and I am sure the service assisted in my case, but their insurance broker that they push on clients was unable to assist with CA. Their response is.....Sorry and our relationship ended when the case was won.... First of all, they are in the disability space and seem to lack empathy and compassion. Secondly, it's always a task to get help. Finally, the truth is always unveiled after they get paid.
