Saw this place from TikTok and recommended by my friend! Amazing options. I love their $18pp all you can drink lemon drop martini, mai tai, or mimosas. Definitely worth it as long as you drink at least 3. They often came by to ask if we wanted refills of the lemon drop and water (very important to hydrate in this heat)! Not everyone in your party has to get the all you can drink package, but if you chose to do the A or B all you can eat dim sum, the whole table must order the same. At the end, they also included gratuity into the check. Dimsum: -Soup Dumplings Really good actually! Well made. The skin is thin and with a good amount of hot soup that tastes delicious. Came piping out. None of the skin broke too. -Dry beef noodles (ho fun) They were decent, but I wasn't expecting a small plate. Had the right flavors though with the beef and bean sprouts too. -Mapo Tofu Delicious! Not too spicy at all although it has a reddish color. Tofu is soft and melts with the sauce. It came with 2 rice bowls for 4 people. -shrimp crystal dumplings (only came with 3 though) Fairly good. Skin is a bit on the thicker side. Only came with 3 although typically dimsum places come with 4, also considering the price. Was a shrimp ball, I don't think it had any bits of ginger or chives in it. -roasted pork bun Originally we didn't want char siu bao but apparently that's the only roasted pork bun they have, which is them steamed. A lot of bread which we could dip into the mapo tofu. It's very fluffy and lots of bread if you're into that. Def the least favorite dish we got. -Chinese garlic broccoli Big chunks of Chinese veggies. Had a Big Crunch to it. Hint of garlic flavor. Not a big portion though. -drinks The lemon drop martinis were made in this liter bottle and they come to refill it. They weren't that sour at all so def lots of sugar or not as much lemon juice. The Mai tai was definitely stronger. For the $18pp, you can mix and match between Mai tai, lemon drop martini, and mimosa but I think my favorite was the lemon drop martini. It was the most worth it to me. They do have happy hour from M-F 4-7pm I believe where you have a slightly bigger list of drinks to pick from, including cocktails and beers.

Very nice Chinese restaurant on Wisconsin Ave on the boarder of Georgetown & Burleith neighborhoods. Nicely decorated, clean, friendly and efficient service. There are two options to dine in: Esther a two hours "all you can eat" tasting menu or à la cart. We are twice at this place, both times à la carte. Hot and sour soup is excellent ( and it is spicy). Mongolian beef was very good - charcoal grilled meat, juicy meat, quite large portion. Would be plenty for two people to share , just order an extra bowl of rice ( it is quite small, truly enough for 1). We also tried spicy sour cucumbers - very nice combination of sweet & salty, crunchy lightly fermented cucumbers. Singapore noodles is a large portion of vermicelli type noodles mixed with an egg, lots of shrimps and thin shredded slices of smoked dry meat (pork?) - quite good. It is pricey but worth the price ( please don't compare with cheaper prices of dirty take out joints). This is actually a place you can bring your date in for an intimate lunch or dinner. Recommend this place and will go back there myself

Sooooooo good!!!! What an awesome bottomless brunch option in NW. Great for varying eating preferences. Food- so many dumplings steamed or pan fried, and traditional Chinese dishes. Standouts were the Mongolian beef, Peking duck, Shumai, lomein, pineapple fried rice. But the hot and sour soup, cucumbers, and scallion cakes were pretty darn tasty too. We went with a large group and onto taste so many items. Would be harder to not waste food with only 2 ppl. Drinks- bottomless drinks eeeryday. Yes, please. Service-everyone interacted with was lovely. Super attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and friendly. Special shoutout to "Ling" who took such good care of us. She was funny and so helpful. Vibe-it's really pretty inside. Simple and clean. There's an upstairs and downstairs. No online reservations, just walk in or call in advance. We will def be back!

I've been wanting to try Han Palace because it has "the best dim sum", but the Tysons Corner one (nearest to me) doesn't have AYCE so I picked this Georgetown location that's heavily featured on social media because of their cute lanterns and deco (downstairs). Surprisingly many Chinese (foreign) come here so I don't feel that taste is the issue here--just the menu. The menu features buns and dumplings, fried rice and fried noodles...and no other dim sum items?! Not sure if they qualify as dim sum with Menu A (which we had). Dumplings and pan fried dumplings are not typical dim sum items. Fried rice and fried noodles are ala carte add on a at dim sum. At $38/person it's a good deal if you can sit two hours and add the $18 all-you-can-drink, but otherwise maybe just go to regular dim sum where you can eat authentic dim sum items? Don't forget the mandatory 20% gratuity. Menu B is $10 extra per person and includes american Chinese dinner menu items like General Tso's chicken Next time I'll try Tyson's Corner and see if they have food that matches the mao tai I saw them featured. The service was fine, attentive, though I feel more guidance could be given to newbies.

Let me just clock out real quick... We did the tasting menu option A, we sat, and we ate. Here's the thing, a party of 10 was there and so was a party of 22. Yes you read that right, Taylor Swift sized seating and they were not prepared for it. There's only like 3-4 waiters running up and down the stairs and truly bless their hearts for being able to handle all of the chaos. The food was good, it's just good. Is it mind blowing? No, they use plastic spoons, calm down. The shrimp and pineapple fried rice was my personal favorite, tasted like a traditional buttery Chinese tossed dish. Didn't opt for much of the dim sums since my friend doesn't eat pork but everything else was just good. Pro tip: it is not $35 or whatever it is advertised, gratuity is included and so is tax (obvs) an it comes out to around $50 per person, so don't be surprised. Also, order everything in that one go the first time they ask what you want, that's your chance to get everything you want because you'll never see your waiter again.

Han Palace was an overall great visit! The food was delicious and service was very kind and attentive. The downstairs area of the Georgetown location is very quaint but bright and cheerful. My friend and I tried the tasting menu. There were only a couple of items we didn't prefer (pork ribs in garlic sauce and the pork buns) but the various dumplings, Singapore noodles, and crab fried rice were superb! We also enjoyed the flavor of the beef and vegetable dumplings, and the scallion pancakes (not pictured). Our only wish was that there was at least one meat entree on Tasting Option A. I will absolutely return to try the entrees on the Tasting Option B. Bring an appetite!

This is not your usual dim sum place. There aren't carts being pushed around where you point for the dishes you want. They take your order like a normal restaurant. We opted for the AYCE Option B and it was 100% worth it due to the 2 duck items. I highly recommend you get the Peking duck and salted duck. Tastes just like the ones in other cities' Chinatown, not gamey. It took us 30 minutes before anyone came to take our order, so be ready to order what you want when they come. Service for food is slow but everything came out sizzling hot so that's understandable. Wish the place was big enough for the carts to be pushed around where you can get the dishes readily.

Tried Han Palace in Georgetown for the first time recently and it was a good experience! The portions you get are a good value for the all you can eat price, but the dim sum only menu isn't as big of a variety as other dim sum places. The seating inside is very tight, and can fill up quickly. So best to arrive early and during weekends, you will probably have to wait. The staff members are attentive despite having so much to keep track of - serving drinks and food and picking up after tables and seating new guests all at the same time. The place was buzzing! But the food was good. I think some of the dishes were made with sauces that were a little too sweet for my liking. They didn't taste how traditional dim sum should taste. I enjoyed the noodle dishes the most. Overall, it's a good place to try out!

Service here was decent, and I'm happy that there wasn't a wait during my visit. The food is good. There is a decent variety to try items that you are familiar with and things that may be new to you. Seating on the main floor was kind of tight, but it was able to hold two small parties, some solo diners, and a few couples. The lemon drop was ok, should've been chilled more. I'm happy that I was able to switch my cocktails and not have to stick to just one type for the special. I'm happy I was in the area and noticed this place since it's been heavily reviewed. It met my expectations.

We were in on a Monday morning and were one of the few tables there, it wasn't too busy which was great for my wife and I. We had been to the Han Palace Barracks-Row before and were excited to see one open in Georgetown. Ambiance is nice, the lanterns add a nice touch! We were seated by the window (staff invited us to sit where we pleased and suggested the window) which we enjoyed. We went for the Option A on their AYCE tasting menu which was $38 per person. Gratuity is automatically added (20% which it says at the top of the menu) which we do not mind. The service was excellent, we were helped by 2 servers, both males but didn't catch their names. They were super polite and hospitable, and were super helpful during our meal, stopping by frequently to ask if we needed refills or if we were ready to order more. 10/10 service by the 2 gentlemen! Now for the food! F5. Seafood Fried Rice with Dry Scallop The fried rice was very good, it was moist but not soggy, just right for fried rice. It had very rich flavor and was very appetizing. A9. Steamed Chicken Claws The chicken feet were delicious, they seemed to be seasoned in a sweet and savory sauce and were super tender, they fell right off the bones! A 2. Shrimp Dumpling Very tasty, good ratio of shrimp filling to dumpling/flour. Paired very well with soy sauce and chili oil. A 13. Stuffed Crab Claw To be honest, we didn't order this, we ordered the chicken claw but think they heard crab claw, but were so happy we got to try it! We normally wouldn't have ordered it but it was actually really good. It came out super hot and a very crisp exterior. Also very beautiful presentation and taste. A 12. Scallion Pancake This was the only one we wouldn't get next time, it just wasn't our taste. It was, however, super crisp and flaky which was nice, just not great flavor wise in our opinion. Again, if it was just for the texture it's a 10, but it could use more scallion inside. A 3. Pork Dumpling Fresh Crab Roe Super tasty and savory, a classic and they pull it off great! F 2. Dry Beef Chow THE BEST CHOW FUN. It's got a nice smokiness to it, very rich flavor, not overly sweet or salty like some other places. It honestly didn't even need any additional seasoning, some chili oil went very well with it though. This was the winner and we had to get another serving before leaving. Overall, we definitely prefer the Georgetown location, especially for the hospitality the 2 servers provided combined with the perfect execution of so many of our faves!

Cute spot for bottomless food and drinks in Georgetown! I had the bottomless lemon drops which were delicious and almost every dish on the "B" menu. The beef fried rice and pancake scallions were soo good. Honestly, everything was delicious but those two stood out. The staff was so friendly and accommodating too! I'll be back for round #2, maybe try out their other locations. Great place for brunch!

This dining experience was completely underwhelming, and I had higher hopes. They offer an all you can eat menu of Americanized Chinese food. Most of the dishes were below average. The pork bow buns were all bread and almost inedible Some of the dishes were either too salty, too sweet, or lacked enough spice. Our tab came to $171 for 2 adults and a 6 year (gratuity included). The service was subpar, and the waitress scolding us because we didn't order "3-6 dishes at a time" apparently the kitchen wanted us to order in bulk. We wanted to take our time, I guess that was too much to ask. The restaurant is very small and had no real vibe or music playing. They do offer unlimited drinks and all day happy hour for $18. If I go back (which is unlikely) it would only be for drinks and definitely not for the food.
