I had visited the location a couple days before my mom passed and they were very respectful and took down all of our information so that after my mom passed they were able to just come in take her body to the home. They also were able to get all of our official documentation information filled out at that moment as well. We had the basic cremation package which allowed us a 30 minute viewing. The space was clean and allowed us some private time with my mom before she was cremated. Receiving her remains and death certificate was also very efficient. We received both a couple business days after the viewing. Thank you for making a difficult life event pain free and simple. That was very important for us as we grieved.

Date of visit: October 21, 2022…read more I came to visit Peterson & Patch as that was where the funeral service for the family member of one of my employee's was being held. The facility, while a bit small, is very impressive as it is an old house built for a judge back in the 1800s. Because it's smaller, it's very cozy, so not ideal for a large-scale event, but if you are looking for a more intimate setting, Peterson & Patch is ideal. This service had a room set up for the eulogy service and a separate room where pictures were rotating on a slide show as well as a back room where coffee and/or snacks can be served. Hand sanitizer and tissue are readily available throughout the rooms of the funeral home. With a large number of out-of-state family unable to attend the service in person, staff had a livestream set up which I thought was a nice touch.
