They're all fantastic, but if I've learned one thing about the studio it's that advertised level of difficulty is nowhere near accurate. I've been to intermediate classes that were rather easy and basic classes that whooped my butt. The membership is steep (about $100 US per month), but that'll buy you unlimited classes. And nothing in Polanco is cheap. The staff cut me a break on a two week membership toward the end of December due to all the cancelled classes around the holidays, only charging me about $25 US. The studio itself is also very nice and inviting, and clean. After each class, someone goes into the studio and mops the floors. Complimentary blocks, pillows and straps. Mats for rent for MXN $10 (about 50 cents US).

It's on a peaceful street, and when you are lying in savasana you have a view of the tops of the trees via narrow windows close to the ceiling. The locker room is spacious, spotless, and modern. Despite not speaking much Spanish, I could tell that the teacher's delivery of the script and explanations were great. The only con is that it seemed surprisingly expensive for the area. A single class is 280 pesos or about $15 US. That's not much less than my studio at home in NYC. But I guess that's the price you pay for really nice facilities, and obviously the subscription pricing is better.

This is the most legit hot yoga studio I've found in Mexico City. Not very welcoming for beginners. They also stand at the front of room and talk through poses but don't practice with you. Maybe that's a Bikram thing? I've only ever done hot yoga (not Bikram), so it was a first for me. If you know what you're doing, though, I recommend it. Also, it's cheaper than what it costs in the states, so a definite plus.
