Sterling Tree might be a good choice for you if you are in the Hampton area. However, if you are…read morein the area other than Hampton, you are definitely out of luck. You would not be able to work with Mr. Sterling at all. You are required to use the services from the branch office, which are not professional and sloppy. I signed up for Sterling's tree and lawn care program in April. After they applied the first treatment, serveral of my trees became unhealthy. I have tried to contact them to address the issue, but unfortunately Sterling have never gotten back to me. After a month of trying get in touch with them and looking at my unhealthy trees, I finally gave up on them and switch the services to another company, who addressed all the issues in two weeks. As a result, please be aware of Sterling's branch office. Do not use them only if you can work with the owner directly.
