They both attended other area schools, private home daycares, and were also watched by family. I can honestly say without a doubt that in the 17 years of being in the childcare system, these past two years have been the best. The teachers are awesome, they take time to know you, to know your child. My daughter can spell her name, count to 20 and knows her ABC's. The director is wonderful and is focused on the safety of the children, the development of new activities, and consistently putting the children first. I highly recommend this preschool!!!

The ladies that work in the Towson office that handle the billing on the other hand give the business a bad name. They are rude and uncompromising. My child has gone to the center for 3 years and magically this year they implemented any payment that was received after the 1st is charged $25 dollars. The payment let me before the 1st but they are stating they received it on the 8th but my bank confirms the 4th....either way a couple of days past the 1st, but I am charged $25???????? This was never the case before, even though I paid $50 over the month before. I am not a delinquent customer....and they couldn't even compromise 1 time. Give me a break!!!! I am not the only parent that has issues with this....several others do. I could see if it was the 10th or the 15th...then charge me. I am late by a couple of days, not to mention the 1st was on a Saturday....and you charge me? CUSTOMER service is the pits. Grumpy and rude staff!!!!!!! Again....I love the staff, in the school that watches my child but the office, THE WORST!

The facility is definitely expensive, but it is worth every penny. The facility itself is amazing. I love that they have multiple gyms and outdoor playgrounds so that year-round, there's plenty of places to get energy out. The daily activities and lessons are appropriate and engaging and I've watch my kiddos REALLY grow here, especially my son. The teachers here are simply amazing. The owners and director really pick awesome people to take care of our kids. I genuinely believe they care about the kids and give them both a nurturing but also a well-structured environment. When issues arise (which we only ever had one issue while we have been here the last 3 years), Chuck (the owner) took it super seriously and it was resolved. My daughter is on the spectrum for autism and is getting therapy for it. ALL of the teachers have helped her use what she learns in therapy to help her learn and grow.
