This Hilton property represents the true Hilton brand. It was clean and sturdy - the front desk was attentive and helpful. No weird and funky smells. Their towels were A+ - they weren't thin and cheap. They were resort grade. Shower was amazing - Breakfast was just ok. Everything was dried out - their eggs and sausage and potatoes were very very dry. But I'll still be back. read more

Spent an uneventful night in what appeared to be a clean,comfortable Room 104. But...as we were getting ready to leave and check out we noticed something crawling across the bed spread..a bed bug!!! We've stayed at this hotel multiple times. It's a great spot for the price, conveniently located right off the exit. They're always willing to work with our softball team to secure a block of rooms at a group rate. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and a hot continental breakfast is included. There's a small indoor pool that's open year round and unlike other hotels, they've never had a mystery pool cleaning or maintenance that shuts it down when the hotel is booked with a bunch of kids sports team. Friendly staff, plenty of free parking, working elevators and ice machines, made this a great place for us all to stay. read more

Absolutely loved our stay here! The room was spacious and comes equipped with a mini kitchenette with a larger refrigerator with separate door freezer. They also provide you with dishes, cutlery, and a dishwasher. Although a bit of a drive to Boston but not too bad ...about 40 min and is cheaper than staying in the city. There's plenty of amenities nearby such as a Walmart and restaurants. Loved their breakfast. All in all, it was a great deal for what you get. read more

We had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel for 4 days. The hotel needs updating and is somewhat dated. It is dark. The breakfast were at best adequate. Fresh fruit continuously ran out. Most disappointing was the lack of housekeeping. We were told at check-in that the room would be cleaned every other day. Instead during the entire stay it was never cleaned, garbage was not collected, and if you required clean towels etc. one had to go down to the front desk who were accommodating. However, housekeeping is an anticipated amenity and is included with the costs of the stay. If the housekeeping is not to be expected, this should be placed in the website and the rates appropriately adjusted. As a Hilton Honors members this poor experience reflects on the entire brand. We would never again stay at this particular hotel. read more

I was up all night dealing with the ac a monstrous size it's perhaps made in the 80s. It doesn't stay at the right temp turns off. .maybe it's governed to conserve energy. I stayed here for a wedding nearby, and thought the room was great! Very clean, and bed was comfy. Used the pool, which was nice but towels provided for the pool was SOOO small I couldn't even fit them around my waist. Front desks staff was really nice and we had to adopt a cousin for the night (due to being overserved lol) and they even helped us with a cot to add to our room. The Continental breakfast in the morning was surprisingly full of variety, I had a great hot oatmeal with almonds and brown sugar. Overall surprised at how comfy it was. The wedding I attended in the MA area booked a lot of rooms here for the wedding attendees from out of town. The Pros: Close proximity to the 24 highway. Lots of parking, free breakfast, lots of fast food, restaurants, ATMs, markets and Dunkin Donuts in the area, an indoor poor, a small gym, clean rooms, friendly staff (especially the funny shuttle driver), fridge/microwave in the rooms, free wifi in the room and a pretty new hotel. The Cons: kind of loud window A/C machines, my fridge was pretty noisy and make a "clank clank" noise when the compressor shut off, the remote to the room didn't work and I always missed breakfast in the morning cause the free breakfast ended at 1000hrs (should of been at least 1030-1100am for the West Coasters who lost 3 hours). All in all a good experience at the Hampton Inn Raynham. Would I stay here again if I was in the area? I sure would. Do I think i'll ever be in Raynham again for anything? Probably not. :( read more

Stayed this past weekend. Two adults 3 children and one dog. The staff was wonderful. Stephanie at the front desk on check-in was amazing. She explained all the new regulations due to Covid. Helped us book our pool schedule. Explained the continental breakfast. its behind the front desk. The coffee in the morning was good..okay not dunkin donuts good but very hot and drinkable. The room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot . The room was very clean , I had brought my own Lysol wipes and really only used them to pick up after us. I also had my own doggies bags, but they were available at the three doggie trash barrels stationed throughout the grounds. A fee was charged for the dog, but it was very reasonable, compared to a few other hotels I contacted. (The Holiday Inn in Plainville Ma wanted $126.00 per night per dog. Heck the room was not much more than that LOL) I have to be honest - the clerk on Saturday night she was not so friendly nor helpful - even the children noticed she was a bit snippy. The male clerk on Sunday was as helpful and friendly as Stephanie. Thankfully the hotel was not full so we enjoyed an early check-in and a late checkout on Sunday. Due to Covid regulations it was necessary to book the pool. It is booked at an hour at a time. Up to a maximum of 14 people in the pool at a time. The hot tub is closed. Of course, this is subject to change so check with the hotel directly. The pool is very large, very clean, and only 4 feet deep - even at the "deep" end. This makes it very comfortable and relaxing for parents. This may not be a 5 star hotel as the restaurants and bar are closed at this time, I did not ask when they would be reopening. But Stephanie recommended a few good choices for delivery. We selected the Pizza Depot in North Easton. It was delicious. Yes we got Pizza for the kids. Just have to say the chicken tenders were some of the best I have ever had ! Not greasy -huge pieces of white meat chicken and homemade dipping sauces. Reasonable is the nice word -but this place was down right cheap. read more

We stayed here only one night while visiting Providence and Boston. The room was clean. The beds were comfy! The room was quiet despite being full with lots of people with kids who were staying for some weddings. We didn't get to use the pool or hot tub but they looked nice enough. Didn't use the gym but it was super small (one treadmill, one bike, one eliptical and some free weights and a ball). I'm sure it serves its purpose. The staff was friendly. We didn't eat the breakfast but there was a good selection of hot and cold foods. I'd stay again if we were ever in the area. read more

Very nice lobby and was checked in by friendly attentive front desk attendant. The room was standard, comfortable bed. The continental breakfast could of been much improved. I understand the Covid regulations make it difficult, but I think coffee could of been made available in the lobby. The Udi's packaged bagels offered were terrible. This hotel is very clean, and has a beach 28 minutes from it called horseneck beach. The room has a microwave and fridge so we were able to purchase cold cuts from walmart down the street to make sandwiches for the beach. It cost $15 to park at the beach and entrance was free for out of towners. The free breakfast was not bad either with waffles. read more

I cannot say enough good things about my stay here. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family, especially my disabled mother. That kindness will not soon be forgotten. Not to mention the convenience of their little snack shop, the great continental breakfast, wonderful pool and hot tub, and the room was immaculate. Clean room, easy access from the highway & good breakfast

This is a terrific hotel. This Hampton Inn location is right off the interstate with easy access to several restaurants, convenience stores and gas stations. It is well located with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and maintained order within the hotel. While I was there, there were several other events going on, a baseball tournament and a wedding party. Here was minimal noise in the hallway and the hotel remained clean throughout my stay. I would like to say, the person cleaning the room did an excellent job and she was very friendly. The lady at the front desk, Vanessa was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good and they have complementary coffee, tea and cookies. My stay was wonderful and I would stay again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone else considering staying in the Raynham-Taunton area. I would highly recommend this property. read more

Let me start off by saying this hotel is very clean very comfortable and cozy. I do have a few issues though this is my second time staying there and I got some snippy attitude from a few of the hotel staff. The girl working the front desk seems overwhelmed and honestly doesn't seem to have very much support or help from other employees. The continental breakfast is an absolute joke it's terrible might as well go down the street and get a real meal. Way over priced, stay at the Marriot down the street, same price and much nicer. We paid $153 for one night and one of the smallest rooms I've ever had outside a B&B. Before I laid down I noticed there was a sticky note that said my bed was "cleaned for my arrival", not the case because prior to getting in I had to remove several long hairs, disgusting. Some of the staff were helpful, others just rude (looking at you front desk). Asked for a late check out (usually 12-1pm at other places), latest they could do was 11:30. Come on! Breakfast was ok, waffle iron, biscuits and gravy, pastries, bagels, etc. However the eggs were some substance that I've never encountered before. For both our after party and breakfast they started closing up early. I know a few other guests requested suites or different rooms and got the same over priced room we did. Just go to the Marriot. read more
