We were greeted upon arrival. We checked in and got settled in. The room was nice and neat as always. We love staying here because the staff is sooooo phenomenal and hospitable. We were in town for the Ali comedy show, to hangout with family. Our stay was amazing just like last time. The staff is just amazing and very attentive to your needs. Our room was nice and cozy. Especially because it snowed so it was a very nice view. The breakfast was great. I just love bagels and bacon in the morning with yogurt. I'd 100% come back here. It had everything I needed for a quick stay. The staff were quick to bring anything to the room, the breakfast was good enough and easy (nothing special but do you ever expect special?), the room was clean and quiet, and the bed was surprisingly so comfortable. It's also right next to a bunch of easy food options, a huge Walmart/Walmart grocery, and walking distance from Topgolf if you have a little too much fun. read more

Spacious room with standard Hampton Inn vibes. Unfortunately, the combination of the most uncomfortably firm and creaky mattress I've ever experienced at a Hilton property combined with round-the-clock door bangs and other noise from adjacent rooms led us to check out after one night and relocate to a different hotel. read more

The room was ok, but my reservation was for 5 nights, and it would be nice if they cleaned or at least brought towels without asking the front desk. They ran out of regular coffee for the rooms? Not near anything within walking distance for any sort of night life. Boring. Found a breakfast place around the corner (bears) that was within walking distance that had a great breakfast. Wish they had a bar but the room I had was clean, open & perfectly functional for me. I love the layout. I love the location and how close it is to the highway, restaurants, park meadows, parks, bars, indoor shooting, golf, hiking within a 45 minute drive, or even groceries if you want snacks for your room. There's a Walmart right around the corner as well as a Liqour store/coffee shop. The staff was kind and helpful and very friendly even when busy. I was here for Labor Day weekend and they absolutely were. I didn't take advantage of breakfast but it smelled fabulous! read more

Every now and then you utilize a service that does everything exceptionally well, and that's what the Hampton Inn at Denver Tech center did. The and exterior of the hotel is immaculate, not one crum or hair to be found anywhere on the property. In the front lobby there is a large snack stand and fresh free coffee. I lost my face mask and the front desk agent gave me on the spot. I took advantage of the business center. I'm the computer was fast and had a large monitor. As far as the room goes, it was gorgeous, clean, and spacious. The bed was particularly comfy. Most importantly, a king size room only cost me 17,000 Hilton honors pointes - a bargain! read more

Just unspeakably bad. I got to the hotel late for some people (not for me) -- about 11:30 p.m., and the front doors were locked. I smiled and waved at the front desk woman as she came to unlock them, and she responded by hostile-ly asking me if I needed a room. First, I do something because I want to, not because I need to -- but second, what else would I be doing at a hotel if not finding out about getting a room? It's pretty out of the way so I sure wasn't going there just for fun. The drive there was weird, along a road all lined with trucks and I really couldn't figure that out, but when I saw the hotel I thought it looked good and I could stay there. The woman told me it would be $200 a night before taxes -- but she didn't say this in an informative way. It was more like she wanted to scare me from coming in -- and of course she did not let me come in at all. This entire nonversation took place with me still outside the hotel with the door barely open and her blocking the tiny slit of an opening with her body hardened against me in a very aggressive manner, like a shield. She asked again if I needed a room and this time I told her of course, what else would I be doing here? I also told her that the way she was talking to me was offputting. I felt she was definitely doing this on purpose. (I did not tell her this; I'm telling you.) I told her I have asthma and I need to see a room before I pay for it, and asked if they allow that. She 'said' (more like barked): 'No. We do not allow that.' I asked her if I could use the bathroom and she started to close the doors in my face, and ordered me: 'You go to Wal-mart.' She told me it was right next door. I said 'Oh, you mean the one that just closed?' She argued and argued with me that it's always open 24 hours, but obviously it wasn't that time and I knew because I'd just been there and it had just closed. I just can't comprehend who she thinks she is to me that she can order me around about anything. Since this experience was so confounding -- and I've been travelling for more than two solid months now and always checked every place I stayed to make sure I could breathe in it in hotels across California, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, and Colorado -- the only conclusion to which I can come is that she judged me right off the bat as someone who could not pay and maybe she thought it was all a scam I'd come up with just to use the bathroom, or ... she is not responding to the situation but to other situations in her life either past or present. In other words, maybe this area of Denver really is dangerous or maybe she's lived or lives somewhere dangerous. Maybe this hotel should charge and cost more, so she can not be the only person working at night and can feel more safe. Whatever the situation, the way I was treated was abhorrent and disgusting and if you check my profile you can see this is the first and only (so far! no promises to keep it that way in the future!) such review I've ever left of any hotel anywhere. There just was no reason for her nastiness towards me, pure and simple. Obviously, as far as the hotel goes, I have no idea. I didn't get to see the building -- only the face of the person keeping me out of it. It's possible this really is hotel policy but it's also entirely possible it's not and she just wanted to get me away as quick as she could which is sure what it felt like. It's amazing to me that someone can do this and apparently have no inkling that this kind of behaviour reflects not only on that location but the entire brand. No towels, no toilet paper. when I called the front desk I was told that they would bring it, 2 hours passed. there is nothing. when I called the front desk 4 times, they told me that I should go downstairs myself and get toilet paper, that all the cleaners were busy. about breakfast here. the potatoes were covered with white mold. I'd give this a 3.5 if I could. I'd stay again and it's okay enough to recommend. My complaints are that it wasn't quite clean enough. I found like five hairs in the bathroom along with a sticker from something on the floor as well as no bag in the garbage which in itself isn't not clean but ew. Do you dig feminine products out of that can between guests or did you just forget my bag? Also the mini fridge should be in the opposite cabinet. Idk if it was just my room but the cupboard door opens one way and the fridge opens the opposite direction which feels so trapped. Some things that didn't effect my rating but are worth mentioning; the luggage cart is unnervingly loud and the heater smells like it's going to catch fire but that's pretty standard in every hotel I've stayed at. Also the hallways were excessively hot. My positives; the staff was friendly, the parking lot felt safe, the room and bathroom were both spacious. Heater and AC were both very strong. I believe in going to an establishment at least two times before making any kind of review. My first experience was decent but it was also late and I got lost. However, I cannot speak high enough of the cleanliness and the comfort of my room on both visits. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was a variety of things from cereals to fruits to muffins, eggs, bacon or sausage or make your own pancakes or waffles. They serve it daily from 6am-10am. There is also a little snack store area, which even had mini ice creams! The business computer area was helpful for me since I had to attend to some business. I have to give some special 'way to go' shout-outs to Julia and to the night auditor. I apologize I do not remember his name but he was tall and had a hat on. He came to check on me one night when it was late and I had fallen asleep in my car in the parking lot (was a crazy late night!) So thank you for checking on me! Julia was super helpful with extra pillows and even helping me take things to my room. This is what excellent customer service is about. I felt welcomed every time I came and went. I hope she trains all her staff to be as good as she is! A few things to share with anyone visiting: Parking gets busy in the front, don't be afraid to park in back. Make sure you always lock your vehicle. The way to get into the parking lot is a loft of left hand turns. I am not a fan of who engineered that street area. If you want to sleep in, make sure you put the sign out on the handle saying DO NOT DISTURB, otherwise the nice lady will knock early! There is not hot tub, but I think there is a pool. The elevators can be a tad slow. The key card does work for the side door at night, but not your phone. read more

A friend of mine is coming into town and I needed to find a place for her to stay, this will not be the place! I walked in to inquire about a room and there were a bunch of little kids running around unsupervised, I believe they belonged to the person that works there, she totally ignored me. This review is not based on our accommodations here but rather the fact that they were overbooked and had to find alternative arrangements for us when we checked in. This was not the fault of the front desk staff, so I am not being critical of how he handled the situation, but rather the fact that they would overbook. We are Hilton Honors members and specifically chose to stay there as it is in walking distance of our son's apartment. When they switched us to another Hilton property (which was not a positive experience) we were several blocks further away. The whole experience was very frustrating. I will say that at least they covered our accommodations at the alternate hotel, but it really put a wrench in our plans and was very frustrating as the alternate hotel could not provide us with the same room type and we could not walk to our son's apartment as planned. I don't normally write a lot of reviews but thought this might help someone planning to visit that area. read more

Awesome new hotel! Very easy to find, close to everything and super clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. Anything I needed or had a question on, they would provide. And every day when we left, they always said "Have a great day!" or another greeting. Breakfast was a good variety of eggs, yogurt, fruit, toast, pastries, hot/cold cereal and juice. Very clean and always well stocked, even when we came in at the end of it. Rooms were large and spacious and CLEAN. We frequently didn't leave the room until after 11/12pm and when we returned, the room would be refreshed for us. Only gripe is that the elevators are SLOW. And we got in on a Friday Night after a long day and had to take the stairs because the elevators were not working. But other than that, stellar hotel and definitely staying here again. read more

Every employee we met here was super nice and working diligently.The front desk person was gracious after getting us set up in a room that was already occupied by another customer. The construction workers were very understanding as we tried to make the way down the hallway--with maybe one out of five rooms plus the hallways under repair. The fire Marshall was on site to make sure that the construction crews were following the law--did you know it is ok to defeat the fire sensors in rooms under construction during the day (but need to activate at night) even though there are occupied rooms next door? Needless to say, I would not recommend this hotel right now. Should be nice when it is done. Most frustrated that I wasn't notified about the construction. I was given an upgrade and some extra points for the inconvenience, but that didn't make up for the problems. read more

I have stayed at this location 3 times already, every time I come to Denver. But last night I was inspired to write a review because of a employee named Jared the "night guy". The excellent customer service he had was amazing. Asked us if we wanted cookies straight out the oven, he even made us some fresh coffee. This hotel was clean and quiet with helpful staff. Breakfast was good each morning. I love that they don't use styrofoam plates. If I can't have real ceramic plates, then paper is okay. My only two negatives are that there is no hot tub and the maids washed our towels every day even though we hung them up. I would stay there again. read more

Located in a business center which our GPS had difficulty finding. The quality was very good and the room was new and fresh. The staff was exceptionally helpful and interested in providing a comfortable stay for us. Eating in the area was limited. Driving out of the area to restaurants would have been better. I think everyone in their lifetime has booked the wrong hotel at one point or another. Instead of it being a crappy ordeal where a bunch of money could have gone down the drain, the employees at this hotel helped us so much with our mistake that we were relieved within 30 seconds of speaking with the front desk. This is a great place! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. Our room was spotless and spacious. We visit Denver often to visit family. This location was close to Littleton family and an easy drive up the freeway to see our downtown family and attend events. Lots of places to eat and a nice microbrewery and a mall nearby. We also enjoyed using the fitness room. Cardio equipment, nice range of free weights and benches and a cable machine. Plenty for a good road trip workout. We will be staying here again. read more
