I live here currently and ive been given so many days in witch property standards was supposed to come in and fix the HUGE black mold problem this place has but they arent doing anything to help the tenets only people they personally know and they see fit to replace the trim in the hallways but leave the trim they got for our apartment in storage until they feel like witch by the way we renovated our apartment (except the bathroom) and not single soul helped us if you are considering moving in here PLEASE GOD DO NOT you can find somewhere better i promise you, all your stuff will become infested with bedbugs just walking it through the halls i implore you to run as fast as you can when you see this place by the way not a single person cleans their dog shit or do they care that you have breathing problems in a house of mold! read more

Do not move here! You will deeply regret it very very fast, there are almost always police here, either for a fight, an od, or the fact that people in the building are always being obnoxiously loud at all hours of the night. The owners of the building refuse to do any of the work that desperately needs to be done, there is mold everywhere not to mention the carpet in the halls that dogs are constantly doing their business on or the amount of people who have dropped alcohol and god knows what else on it, the laundry machines barely work and kids in the building have been caught peeing in them more then once. The office staff at the building is changing so often because noone wants to deal with the madness in the building that the current one is never even here. Their are constant break ins due to the outer (security doors) constantly being broken or the fact that the maintenance staff refuses to fix broken windows that dont lock. If something in your apartment breaks or needs to be replaced its basically your job to fix it because they wont. Just do yourself and your family a favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE! read more
