My wife and myself were equally impressed with the caring, competent service we received from…read moreStephen so we each did a separate commentary. I normally don't speak too highly about ones' performance as it can be an over exaggeration and question my credibility, but this is my genuine, honest opinion. For the sale of our home Stephen excelled beyond our expectations. He structured a great presentation and coached us through the process of preparing the home for the market. This led us to a great, unexpected outcome. We received a higher price that we anticipated and the home sold very fast in a slow market. Stephen could not be the agent for our next purchase as it was in a different province, but he was a key advisor to all parties to formulate a great deal for us. Stephen has solid character, is very detailed and has great negotiating skills. I highly recommend him. (D) My turn... Stephen's skill set and superior knowledge was clear from the start. I always felt like we were more than just clients. We felt supported, heard and valued through the whole process. Stephen's knowledge of the market and his dedication gave us complete confidence in the selling of our home and also buying our new home. We are so grateful for everything Stephen did for us and would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. He is simply exceptional! (S)
