The ladies that work here were outright rude! Darla refused to let me buy an alcoholic drink…read morebecause she thought I was tipsy. I take medicine that causes me to sometimes act that way. Lindsay called my daughter a name that I will remember for the rest of my life. While this was happening Heather just stood there and did not control the situation of her employees at all. I will most definitely not come back here!

I cashed a 2$ space Invaders lottery ticket in there in witch I scratched off the planet symbol on…read more( a certain dollar amount box) it was a low number. So I thought I won that amount. I told the worker Joe that I wanted to parcial pay for my merchandise with the ticket and would pay the rest out of pocket. He said ok and scanned the ticket. He then asked me 3 times did I know how much the ticket was worth and I replied each time no , finally asking how much is it worth and with a chuckle he said $20. It was more than I thought it was so I was happy. Come the next day I bought another one. That was the first time I ever played that certain ticket, and when buying the next one realized I had one all 15 prize's.when doing the math I figured out it was math matically impossible to only win $20. The winnings could only have been $100. $1000 , or $10.000. long story short I don't think he would of risk his job over $100 so I'm positive my winnings were 1 of the 2 higher amounts in which he so kindly stole from me !! The kicker is I went thru all the proper channels and NOBODY IS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. SO BEWARE OF YOUR LOTTERY DOINGS AT THAT STORE OR ANY STORE HE'S WORKING AT !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. I was a loyal customer at this store for years.

When I walked in, I love the fact that it looked like there was tons of workers and even his family may be even a granddaughter and a couple young grandkids that were in there just hanging out, so I thought that was pretty awesome. It was horrible after that, his behavior and things he said in front of them.. My car was towed police officer in in Dalton. I was not charged with anything and I did not spend any time in Jail The officers took me to the closest gas station. I explained to the officer that the two honey rifles that I had in the back of my car That I had made sure I had followed all laws and they were completely visible I had no other guns and I had no ammo. I explained to the officer that they were family heirlooms that I had inherited, and that they held a sentimental value to me, and I have been protecting them since my grandfather who is a Vietnam veteran pass them down to me when I was 25. I told him that I had raised my two boys using the same guns that I had hunted with us a kid and that the reason they were in the car was because My daughter, who is now seven the same age I was when I said hunting with my grandfather wanted to learn how to hunt so I told her that I was gonna Have her start off with the The same Rifles had started off with, and that her brother had used. These guns have been completely pampered and babied and respected. They are family heirloom. The only reason that they were taken to the police station was because my car got towed, and the police officer could not leave them in the car officer told me that because I was not charged with anything. I was not a felling. There is no issue with the guns that I could go pick The rifles ASAP.  When I walked back in the second time because I I didn't have my key fob and the rest of the things that were on my key. He told me that That was all I was given and it was probably at the Joe with the guns and then his family member started talking about the guns and I said OK well, I'll make sure to take care of that whenever I take care of what I've gotta take care of.  So I walked back out to the car and had to walk back in a third time because he had given me the wrong key and he openly admitted it so the correct key had my key fob and everything on it and then he started talking about you know it's probably guns, blah blah blah and then you know Family members and Everybody that was sitting around there, including right in front of the kids started talking about the rifles and the gel and I'm gonna get them back or not depending on what happened.  I just smiled and took the crack key and went about my way, but the man was not there anyway it has no clue as to what happened with the rifles and for him to not only blow it out twice, but also to must have talked about it with the family and the guys that work there because everybody that was sitting around talking about it and talking about, I felt like I felt embarrassed .  I am a country girl and I'm 45 years old. I've never been in trouble with the law. I went as far as to make sure that I had checked the current Ohio State laws before transporting them. I am haven't drank alcohol or did any drugs since I was 17 years old. I was the trusted one that my grandfather, who was a Vietnam bet passed his guns down to so the way they made me feel when I walked in. There's a family talking about it. They talked about it was horrible convicted felony. So I would never go back to this man again nor will I have anything to do with his other location. He assumed that he knew me even though I just moved to Canton, not even a year ago and I've never even been to Massillon.. And very disrespectful of his family I would never go there if I were you. I wasn't even upset about The keys Because it was simply on mistake. don't ever assume the worst and if you do you run a business and it was completely unprofessional of you as a business Center to have shared that information with your family and them to make fun of me out in public about it. specially about something that obviously is still pending because I haven't even had my court date. I'm a well respected woman who does good things and has to respect young boys who have grown up to be great men and now I'm trying really hard to give my daughter. your business Center you're not at home relaxing if you wanna share your experiences with your family that's fine, but don't say it out loud in public when I'm trying to get keys twice and then all of them join in like it was something they were very familiar about speaking very early if somebody that they didn't even know, shame on you you need to retire
