I have sent several messages to them but all I have received back are some worthless automatic form emails which have done nothing to help me. I sent a reply to one email, and now I have received another email saying that since I have not replied to their email they have decided my case is resolved and they have closed my case. This people are THIEVES and LIARS and I still don't have anything - no groceries, no money. I have sent a message to them that I am going to file a criminal complaint against them for theft, but since they don't reply to my messages who knows if I am just wasting my time. My advice: go to a different store for delivery service. I have opened an account with Walmart now, and my first order on Sunday 16 arrived perfectly. Totally different from the PC Express theft.

Save On Foods is generally my grocery store of choice regardless of location, and this one isn't…read moretoo bad. From a grocery store you generally expect good quality of fresh food as well as a large selection of non-fresh food. The produce I have bought from this location has been quite fresh and definitely of the standard I expect. Their meat is also quite good, but again nothing to extraordinary to speak to. I haven't really purchased anything from their deli or bakery so I cannot speak to that. The store itself has really long aisles (which can be inconvenient but I think it helps with traffic). Generally the store isn't very busy when I am there and am able to get through the till quite quickly. I feel this location has a smaller gluten free section than I am used to from Save On, so I'm disappointed with that aspect. Also I'm not keen on the whole order of this store as it doesn't feel very natural or like it flows well. I still shop here quite often as it as what you expect from a grocery store.

Great variety of produce that's usually fresh. Meat department always has some good fresh cuts for that quick inspiration meal along with a good selection of the frozen stuff. Most of the cashiers are quick and friendly. Starbucks on site, not always friendly but still usually make a great drink. Gas bar is convenient. I always pay at the pump so I'm not sure if they are friendly. but usually have everything you need to check oil, get air and wash windows. It would be nice if they had the pump handles that lock into place but very few stations seem to have those anymore. all in all a great store.
