BEWARE! This roofing company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! The company was contracted to re-roof my grandmother's home in October 2014. We have unsuccessfully attempted to reach the company since we discovered a leak last year. Office personnel have promised to resolve the matter but the company has yet to even visit the home to assess the poor job that was done. We have submitted pictures to the company, we have called, we have left voicemails, visited in person and STILL have not been contacted by anyone from Hamilton Construction. My grandmother is 77 years old and deserves more respect than what this company is offering. We do NOT recommend this company or their services offered to anyone in Carlsbad. I recently had a new roof put on by Hamilton, they were awesome. They were very patient and understanding of things that could not be controlled. My mortgage company not releasing funds in a timely manner. My mother passed away and we had her funeral the day the work was set to begin. They pushed back their schedule in order to allow me time to have guest at my house. From start to finish was only 3 days. Including, removal of metal roof, Tare down to the deck and install of new roof! And, my roof is rather large! Very professional from start to finish! I recommend Hamilton for all roofing needs! Don't waste your time calling these people. Called twice in the last 6 months to schedule an appointment to get a cost estimate for a full roof replacement and both times they were a no show. Very unprofessional!!!! read more
