While talking with him he listened diligently to what I had to say and was able to give me a plethora of useful information that I previously did not have and informed me of my rights regarding my situation. He went out of his way to look up information that was not provided to me by my claims adjuster. He looked up the MPN for the insurance provider and supplied me with a list of specialists within the network that fit my needs. He also took the time to research specialists that were not in the network that might be willing to take me on as a paitent since the network was failing. He told me who I needed to contact so I can get the issues resolved and provided the contact information that I needed. He was able to give me suggestions and instructions on how to proceed while I waited a few more days for my consultation with Benjamin.
