10 years later and I'm still disgusted with the quality Care and the long-term effects. Every time…read moreI have to look at my feet because of this doctor. If she would have did what I asked her to do the very first day to get X-rays she would have seen that I had bones spurs instead of trying to sell me something I did not need or experience the pain that she put me through several times. I had beautiful toenails and feet and my large toenail when it grew out would always come off. She was part of Nova nail at the time. She said it was due to fungus. She made a diagnosed without doing any tests such as x-rays or cultures. I also went through painful laser after 4 painful surgeries. And needed 4 because obviously the first ones failed. If she would have did the X-ray at the beginning she would have seen I had bone spurs. Also if she took a detailed history she know that I do 6 miles a day. Not only is it excruciating pain going through that surgery of removing a nail but the follow up laser and wound care and anesthetics. It was supposed to be guaranteed and then she reneged on it!! The healing and post-op. Left me with ugly deformed toes. I had to go to the people that see joined to try to fix what she did. He removed the bone spurs and then I had another surgery to remove scar tissue on the nail beds. The whole thing is been a horrible experience and for someone that lives in Florida half the time and hates to wear sandals and flip-flops it pisses me off. She had me do everything from using files to send the nail as it was growing out along with steroid creams and ointments and even urea. I never even received an apology. And I had to Drive 3 hours to and from for a year to the second doctor who owned the novanail practice and try to fix what she did.
