I have had this company for eleven years, paid on time ,paid all extra fee for programs,found out I was paying forty to fifty cents more per gal. My fault for not checking every year renew date may when rates are down called another company found I was over paying by a lot again my fault. But when I call Hamilton to ask price Nothing but hard time. So I changed service and cancelled with Hamilton ,never asked why after eleven years. I was not getting the lowest price I was getting Hamiltons low price!! Beware do not lock in their low price. They just want you at their price. Not market price Lesson learned read more

I had service with Hamilton Energy for 1 year, 2nd year ordered a refill on my propane tank. Received a bill for $700+, sent them a check for $400 with a note that I would pay the balance in 30 days. In return I received a nasty note threatening to come on to my property and shut off my tank and then charge me a lock-off fee and a re-connect fee. I will change service as soon as this tank is empty. Not a friendly company to deal with, = stay away. read more
