He was so knowledgeable and courteous. He taught me about our line system and how to maintain it. He showed us where the access point were and where the vents were around the house. He rolled out a mat to avoid tracking anything through the house and was friendly to our dogs who we were keeping in the other room. He worked very hard to get as much of the roots out as possible! He told me the most effective way to clean up the mess, which was so helpful! When it came time to pay, i was expecting a far larger bill based on my experience with other houses we've had to do this to. But the price could definitely not be beat. I called Midland sprinkler and spoke with the owner. He seemed like he cared talking about how he tries to do a good job because he lives in this city and goes to the same shopping stores and restraunt's the the customers do so he wants to make sure. He said he would come by the next day at noon to do the blow out and to look at the sprinkler box and see what the problem was. The next day noon came and went and no one showed up. I waited until 12:15 and I called and got the voice mail. I left a voice mail asking if they were coming, no one ever called me back. To date, the owner completely ghosted me, waisted my time and had never called me back. He just disappeared. Save yourself the time and frustration, look somewhere else. There are plenty of options.
