I don't need that in my life. My house is generally pretty clean and she never quoted me a price so how does she know what I can afford? She added the prices after she saw my review. She cussed me out and told me she hopes I die. I'm pretty sure she threatened me too. She's dangerous and will bully you if you leave a true but negative review.

I called one day and they were here the next. This time it was a little more difficult to get them out. I called 3 weeks ago and followed up a few days later when I didn't hear from them. I assumed they had some big jobs which they had to take care of more quickly ( I only had a small leak) so I called them at 3 weeks. The office lady had the tech (Danny?) call me back the same day and they sent Wally and Victor out the following day. They found the problem, dug a tunnel for access and resolved the issue in under 2 hours. Friendly guys, respectful and professional (just like last time) and got me fixed up quickly. It might have taken a little longer but, I know I can count on them to be professional and get the job done right!
