If you want a company that fails to renew your rental agreements on time and charges you $125 for doing renewal than Hom Realty is the company you want to manage your rental properties. They also charge 50% for late fees yet the rental agreement was 7% of the total money collected. They said late fees are charged "differently" than the 7% agreement. I immediately terminated my agreement with them as they were not looking out for my best interest. Again how can a highly rated company FAIL to renew rental renewals on time.

The requirements of Clark Real Estate is absolutely ridiculous. Just when you think you find a…read morehouse you love and you go to apply, if you get accepted you have to move in within 10 days. That seems unreasonable when under another lease somewhere else and can't just up and move anytime. When you're already at a rental you're going to have to start looking at new houses a month or more in advance, on top of that having to pay an expensive first down within 24 hours. I'm assuming people are saving up for and using their last security deposit (which you get at the very end of moving out). I would hope I'm not just starting to look for a new house 10 days prior to having to move. If I see a house on the market, as soon as I see this real estate agency I have to just call it a loss. Especially after looking at how horrible the other reviews are.
