Welkom bij restaurant den Haller, gelegen in een landelijke omgeving in een stijlvolle authentieke Saksische boerderij, nabij een onlangs gerenoveerde watermolen. U kunt bij ons genieten in een sfeervolle ambiance bij kaarslicht, openhaard en bij mooie zomerdagen in onze prachtige tuin. Onze keuken is eerlijk, puur en ambachtelijk. Uiteraard zijn alle gerechten huisgemaakt en werken wij met streekproducten zoals bijvoorbeeld wild uit de plaatselijke bossen. Wij hopen u binnenkort te mogen ontvangen in ons restaurant voor lunch, diner, bruiloft, feesten, en trouwen op locatie! Restaurant den Haller als trouwlocatie. Uw huwelijk van begin tot eind op maat gemaakt en buitengewoon verzorgd. De huwelijksvoltrekking vindt bij ons plaats op de deel, in de oude Twentsche keuken of buiten onder de walnotenboom. Natuurlijk ook arrangementen voor receptie, bruiloft, diner. Buffet. Natuurlijk kunt u bij ons ook kiezen uit een ruime keus aan buffetten. I'm worse than gluten-free, I'm autoimmune paleo and these people have bent over backwards to serve a highly creative menu that works with these restrictions. Because they do tapas, most of the food is prepared ahead of time so this was a challenge for them. For both the restricted and non-restricted diners, the food was outstanding. Would highly recommend this place. A heartfelt thank you.

Last time I needed to talk to the chef and he responded that he creates all these great dishes, but does not want to make this ordinary Munsterland Special. Only because I had a second person in our party who wanted the same and me explaining that I come from afar for this, he gave in. It is the "Muensterland Schnitzel". The Schnitzel is pork, breaded, cooked to perfection (crispy and juicy) and then loaded with onions and local beacon and finally topped with an egg. Usually they add as a side of homemade fried potatoes (Bratkartoffeln), which are fantastic. But you can ask for other items such as fries. It also comes with a nice fresh small side salad. The portion is so big, that I usually forfeit the potatoes....because there is so much greatness on the main plate! This is truly a local specialty and they prepare it 5 stars. - They also prepare certified meats from animal welfare, which is well worth it.
