Tried a variety of their products at Restaurant Kadeau, cementing in my mind that Danish dairy is certainly some of the best in the world and utterly phenomenal. How such a small island in Denmark can put out such bold food is amazing. I guess it's kind of like how Petaluma in California is a powerhouse of food for such a small town.
