There are always staff to ask questions and spares such as headlights or rear lights tend to cost pence. They also sell a large range of car cleaning materials, oils and 'performance enhancers' such as drilled pedals, exhaust mufflers I bought a car radio from there - the guy serving me was quite young but knew what he was talking about. Also bought a tandem bike (they do some bikes) and took back for free service.

Without hesitation I drove straight to Halfords in Friern Barnet to purchase a replacement. Luckily enough the store doesn't stock my car mirror but they can order one for me at £14.99 (fitting not included in the price). On my way back I drove through East Barnet Village and noticed Falcon Motor Accessories store; I stopped by, I was served a gentleman who was incredibly helpful; he really went the extra miles to help me. He came out of store to see my car and recommend a replacement mirror (priced under £5). That is not all; he returns to my car and help me to remove the damaged mirror and fit the replacement at no extra cost. I feel guilt that I am only writing this feedback now. From now on Falcon would be my first point of call for any motoring assistance.

I emailed Carl with images of my bike rear rack and asked their advice regarding the Bumot Defender EVO Top Box & Mount for BMW F850GS and whether or not it would fit my bike, after being reassured it would & promised it would be here the next week, I paid the extortionate overpriced fee (I have the same panniers & wanted matching luggage). 3 weeks later the top box arrived only to find the mounting plate does not fit to my standard none modified bike, after several phone calls attempting to rectify the issue, to no avail, I asked for a refund. Carl arranged a collection without 1st finding out that anyone is home (my wife & I both work full time) to then be told the disrespectful Cliff wants to speak to me & give me a piece of his mind, then came the onslaught of verbal diarrhoea & zero customer service skills. After reading their other negative reviews I wish I could go elsewhere to by the Bumot top box to match but have been told they are the only importers for them. I would not recommend buying from the disrespectful Cliff, Carl however was respectful and did apologise for his monumental incorrect advice.
