I chose the higher-end oil, but it was surprising to see the price that high--especially since I didn't even have any filters changed. He sent a tech out who could not figure it out. After the manager "looked at the tapes," he fled his place of work and lied to his staff about coming back. After nearly three hours of waiting for the tow truck they called and waiting for Rob to come back-- we were forced to leave my car at Valvoline and take a $50 Lyft home. I was able to start a case with Valvoline, but I have received NO communication from the manager Rob or area manager Grant. My engine in my car is no longer working directly after an oil service, and the local leadership has not communicated at all. No rental car, no help getting back home (we were visiting Bloomington).
