When we called RRG they were very nice to speak to you on the phone and quickly scheduled our work. They followed up the morning of our service call to make sure we were still OK with the time and told us that Josh would be doing the repair work. Josh called prior to getting into our home and said he was running about 30 minutes late, which to me is huge because nowadays most people won't even bother calling you. Josh arrived and I showed him what had to be done and he was quick to get to work. He reattached the facia that was pulled away and also inspected the roof to see if there was any other damage but said everything else looked good. I can't speak highly enough of these folks as I've been a general contractor for 25 years and have dealt with some real characters in the past, but these guys are top shelf. I would highly recommend this company for all your roofing work even the small jobs. Hats off guys and thanks again for taking care of our project.

Juan is a good sales person as well as being easy to talk to and well educated in his line of work. I also appreciated that Juan returned to my home after the job was completed as I had some issues as a result of some stone work that was completed one day after the gutters were installed. We worked through the fixes and now waiting on them to return to complete the work. It would have been beneficial if the gutter installers/schedulers/ would inquire about any other work scheduled to occur that might affect gutter install so as to not have to deal with a situation like mine.

He was taking care of our home long before we purchased it and clearly knows the system inside and out. My husband and I have owned a number of rental properties over the years in various states, and as a result, we have dealt with various HVAC companies, both for service and maintenance, and these guys are the best, hands down. Even though our system is old (they don't make them like they used to ), Scotty has never tried to tell us it's time to consider replacing our system or sell us silly upgrades, something other companies we have worked would have absolutely done (and have done to us in the past). They also don't call me and try to sell me additional services. James Thomas and Scotty have our business for life!
