We will not recommend them or use them again. We're having to do it ourselves as you can see. You guys touched up the trees in front. And three in the back. They are not three times as tall per the photo. The trees you guys did look fine. However if I believe both your truck broke down and your phone broke at the same time, you guys show two phone numbers. There is no excuse for leaving people hanging. Our time is valuable as well. I am not interested in going back and forth on this. Just saying there should be some consideration for your customers.

He constantly bragged about himself and his landscape schooling That was after he fed me a lot of crap about the trees that I wanted trimmed and how he did his yard maintenance. He also gave one of the highest bids for trimming 2 trees. I asked him to send me a bid in writing for trimming the trees and yard maintenance. I never receive a written bid. I called him twice and asked him to call me. To this date I have not received any bid or return call from him. I know that when he told me about my trees and yard maintenance, he definitely did not know what he was talking about. My impression - he made everything up and does not know landscaping, yard maintenance and nothing about trees! I did not and never will hire him!
