My nails lifted after 2 1/2 weeks. Went back to have the color removed. She chipped the color off and cut my nails really short. Where one nail had lifted it ripped part of my natural nail off to the quick and very painful. My natural nails look horrible now! She blamed it on letting my nails grow out too long. The lifting started at the cuticles. The man who had done the dip didn't push my cuticles back before he added the dip, like I had asked him to do. I would NOT recommend this salon and I won't go back!!!

They can't do a lot of the trendy designs. This last trip I asked if they could do a particular style that requires a particular product. So after her being 20 minutes late to start with, I was there for 2 hours and left with simple black nails that I paid $70 for. Won't be back.

I wish they would have done my manicure first since I did regular polish and that takes a while to dry, so my nails did end up a bit smudged and felt rushed toward the end when other customers were coming in. The bathroom also had a nasty mop bucket in there that smells rancid and I gagged while using the bathroom (might suggest cleaning that out and moving to another room that customers don't use).

Every time they seem irritated and annoyed with their customers as they were leaving. I was a walk in and now I understand why they weren't busy. They are not welcoming or friendly. I got a pedicure today and asked for a simple heart design on one toe. The daughter, who is only one who can do the art designs started the design and then refused to finish the design. It's upsetting knowing that you saved up to get your nails done and then it's very unprofessional and not finished. There was an exchange of words amongst them and then she called the police saying I was refusing to pay. They didn't even finish my pedicure and my legs were still wrapped with warm towels. It was an uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I will not be going back and I suggest you find another place to get a pedicure and your nails done.
